1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a corporate account, accessing the Client LMS Portal, purchasing course seat allocations, or downloading platform release bundles from Uniwire eCourse (https://uniwire.co.za), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Corporate Seat Entitlements & LMS Access
- Seat Quotas: Each purchased course license grants entitlement for one designated corporate learner to complete the curriculum and receive official professional certification.
- Roster Management: Client Administrators may allocate seats individually or via CSV roster ingestion. Seats marked as Not Started may be revoked and returned to the organization's available balance.
- Professional Certification: Official certificates of completion are issued cryptographically upon 100% curriculum completion and verification.
3. Enterprise Self-Hosted Licensing & Vault Terms
- Tier Verification: Access to the Deployable Platform Release Vault is restricted to organizations with verified
ENTERPRISE_SELF_HOSTEDcontracts. - Cryptographic License Keys: Signed license keys (`Payload.Signature`) must remain bound to the authorized domain name and maximum local user quota specified at purchase.
- Prohibition on Redistribution: Self-hosted bundles and course curriculum manifests may not be sublicensed, resold, or redistributed outside the contracted organization.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, interactive modules, documentation, software engines, trademarks, and logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of Uniwire eCourse and CyberCircuit Technologies.
5. Privacy & Cookie Compliance
Your privacy is respected in strict compliance with the South African POPIA Act, GDPR, and CCPA. Visitors can manage cookie consent preferences at any time via our Cookie Preferences Center.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from commercial licensing or service provision shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
